Clear pages.
Better stories.

A brochure should make your business easier to understand. People should know what you offer, who it is for and what to do next. Our brochure and catalogue design services focus on clear writing space, strong images and a layout that helps readers find the details they need.

Some projects need a short company brochure. Others need a product catalogue with dozens of items, a simple sales booklet or a digital brochure that is easy to share. We plan the format around the people who will read it, rather than using one template for every business.

We can work from your approved copy, brand assets, product data and photographs. If those materials are not ready, we can discuss what needs to be prepared first. Page count, print specifications, revisions and file formats are agreed before design begins.

A company profile, sales leaflet and product catalogue have different jobs. Good page planning starts with the reader.

Good business brochure design is not just about adding pictures to a page. A useful brochure has a purpose. It might introduce your business at a meeting, explain a service to a new client or give your sales team one clear document to share. Each job needs the right order of information.

As a brochure design company working with UK enquiries, we start with the audience and the message. A company overview may need a short introduction, evidence about your work, service details and a clear contact section. A product booklet may need tables, codes, sizes, images and a quick way to compare items.

A brochure design agency should help readers understand the information without making them work for it. That means useful headings, readable text, consistent spacing and enough room for important facts. A beautiful design that is hard to read does not do its job.

The right format
for the job.

From a short company brochure to a detailed catalogue, each document needs a useful page structure.

01 / DESIGN FORMAT

Company brochure design

A company brochure can introduce your business, explain core services and give people a reason to get in touch. It works well as a meeting handout, an email attachment or a short sales document. We organise the pages so the first few tell readers what matters most.

02 / DESIGN FORMAT

Corporate brochure design

Corporate brochures often have several audiences, such as buyers, partners and procurement teams. Corporate brochure design needs a clear structure for company facts, service areas, certifications you can verify and contact details. We avoid filling pages with claims that have not been approved.

03 / DESIGN FORMAT

Product catalogue design

A product catalogue needs more than attractive photography. Buyers may need product names, SKUs, variants, technical details and categories. We use repeatable product grids and carefully placed information so your range stays organised as it grows.

04 / DESIGN FORMAT

Sales brochure design

A sales brochure is built around one action. That could be booking a meeting, asking for a quote or choosing a product. We make the offer easy to understand and place contact details where they help, not only on the final page.

05 / DESIGN FORMAT

Lookbook design

A lookbook gives more space to photography and visual stories. It can suit fashion, interiors, lifestyle brands and seasonal collections. Clear captions and a simple order still matter, even when there are fewer words.

06 / DESIGN FORMAT

Tri-fold and leaflet design

A tri-fold brochure has a small amount of space divided into panels. We plan how each panel will be seen when folded, rather than treating it as six separate rectangles. Final folds, orientation and safe areas are confirmed with the print supplier.

07 / DESIGN FORMAT

Multi-page booklet design

A booklet works for price guides, service lists, hospitality information or detailed introductions. We plan its page order, contents and final size before deciding how much text and imagery each section needs.

08 / DESIGN FORMAT

Digital brochure design

A digital brochure may be viewed on a phone, sent as a PDF or opened through a website link. Text size, links, file size and screen reading order need care. A print layout is not always the best digital layout.

For products, teams
and growing brands.

Information matters. So do the people using it. We plan layouts around real buying questions.

01 / INDUSTRY

Retail and ecommerce

Present product ranges with clear categories, price fields, lifestyle images and product details. If you update prices often, the catalogue should be built with a practical update process.

02 / INDUSTRY

Food, drink and hospitality

Show menus, wholesale ranges, ingredients supplied by the client, pack formats and ordering information. Any regulated product details must be confirmed by the food business before printing.

03 / INDUSTRY

Manufacturing and trade

Use specification tables, product codes, dimensions, finishes and application notes. Correct technical information is more useful than decorative pages, especially for trade buyers.

04 / INDUSTRY

Property and construction

Create property brochures, development booklets and project capability profiles with plans, service summaries and photographs. Claims, figures and images need permission and client approval.

05 / INDUSTRY

Beauty, wellness and lifestyle

Balance product photography with practical information such as ranges, benefits approved by the brand and ways to buy. Colour and type should match the wider identity.

06 / INDUSTRY

Professional services and B2B

Help decision-makers scan services, processes, proof points and contact options. A company profile brochure can be a useful follow-up after a call or a proposal meeting.

Make the whole range
easy to explore.

A catalogue should help a buyer find, compare and choose. Repeatable pages are useful when details change.

Catalogue design services become especially useful when products share some details but differ in size, colour or specification. A consistent page system lets the reader compare items without learning a new layout on every spread.

We can discuss a contents page, category dividers, SKU and variant fields, price columns, product descriptions and callouts for important details. Large ranges also need a plan for what happens when an item is added or removed. A reusable template may save work later, but the handover files must match the agreed package.

Product catalogue design services may cover a short seasonal range or a more complex trade catalogue. The total number of pages, product records, tables and photographs changes the amount of work. If you need product photography, copywriting, data entry or printing, we will identify these as separate items unless included in the quote.

For a catalogue design company, checking information is as important as arranging it. We ask the client to approve product names, codes, measurements, prices, legal statements and other business facts. We can spot obvious layout issues, but we cannot independently certify every product claim.

Clear pages.
Useful details.

Simple decisions help readers use your brochure rather than just look at it.

01

Start with the reader

A buyer who is comparing products needs a different layout from a new customer who has never heard of your brand. We decide which questions each page should answer before choosing decorative details.

02

Keep headings useful

A strong heading tells readers what comes next. Short paragraphs, clear captions and a proper contents structure make a longer brochure easier to follow.

03

Use a consistent design system

The same colours, type styles, page numbers and product blocks should work across the document. Consistency in brochure layout design helps a large catalogue feel calm and professional.

04

Respect the photography

Choose sharp photographs that show the real product or service. Crop images carefully and never stretch them to fill a page. Client-supplied photos should be licensed for the intended use.

05

Make calls to action clear

A brochure can point to a contact form, a phone number, an approved product page or a request for a quote. A QR code can help when its destination is stable and the printed code has been tested.

06

Plan for changes

Prices, products and staff details can change. When updates are likely, we plan repeatable layouts and a sensible file handover rather than leaving every page difficult to edit.

Made for the screen.
Ready for the press.

Page size, bleed, colour and binding all affect the final brochure. Printers should confirm their specific requirements.

Print brochure design starts with a real production brief. We ask for the finished size, orientation, paper choice, binding, page count and printer's technical requirements. A4 and A5 are common starting points, but the right size depends on where the brochure will be used and how it will be delivered.

A print-ready PDF may need the correct bleed, safe margins, font embedding, image quality and colour settings. Bleed is extra image area beyond the final trim so small cutting differences do not leave unwanted white edges. Adobe notes that around 3 mm is common, but the printer's specification should always take priority.

Colour on a screen may not match colour on paper exactly. Paper stock, ink, coating and printer settings can all affect the result. We recommend checking an approved proof for important brand colours and detailed product photography. A digital screen preview cannot guarantee the final printed result.

For catalogue printing design, binding can change how text sits near the centre fold. Saddle-stitched brochures, perfect-bound catalogues and folded leaflets each have different layout needs. The printer should confirm spine widths, imposition and final production specifications before final export.

Our agreed artwork handover can include a print PDF and a separate digital PDF. Physical printing, delivery and proof costs are not automatically included in a design package unless your quotation states otherwise.

Shareable PDFs.
Readable content.

Digital brochures need working links and sensible reading order. Some information works better as a web page.

Online brochure design should be practical on small screens. A dense A4 PDF can look fine on a laptop and still be hard to read on a phone. Where needed, we can discuss a simpler screen-first export or a responsive webpage to present the same information.

A digital PDF brochure can include working website links, email addresses and a clear contents structure. Interactive PDF brochures may also use internal navigation and carefully placed calls to action. We test common interactions, but readers' PDF software can support different features.

Accessibility matters. Clear headings, a logical reading order, good contrast and meaningful link text help people use digital documents. Tagged PDFs and alternative text can improve access, but a PDF is not automatically accessible just because it looks clear. GOV.UK recommends HTML where practical for online information, and a detailed accessibility review should be separately scoped when required.

If you expect frequent updates, a web-based catalogue might be more useful than re-exporting a new PDF after every product change. We can discuss that choice alongside website development rather than promising that a fixed PDF can do everything.

From your first brief
to final files.

A clear order keeps feedback, facts and page layouts under control.

01 / STEP

Understand the brief

We ask who will read the brochure, where it will be used, what pages are needed and which files you can supply.

02 / STEP

Plan the content

We suggest an order for sections, page types and any special product information before detailed design starts.

03 / STEP

Design the layout

We develop page styles, typography, imagery treatment and a consistent visual system. A clear design direction comes before rolling it out across every page.

04 / STEP

Review together

You check layouts, business facts, prices, product codes and imagery. We apply the feedback rounds included in the package.

05 / STEP

Prepare the files

We check the agreed output settings and provide the specified print-ready and digital PDFs. Final print approval remains with the client and print supplier.

06 / STEP

Plan future updates

If the brochure will change, we agree what editable files or follow-on work are included, instead of assuming every update is free.

Brochure design cost
with the details.

Page count is only one part of a quote. Good quality content and accurate product details also take work.

Brochure design cost depends on the page count, the amount of information, image quality, diagrams, tables and number of review rounds. A simple four-page brochure takes less time than a large product catalogue with hundreds of entries. Comparing brochure design pricing only by page count can therefore be misleading.

Our Launch brochure package starts at £180 and includes up to four designed pages using approved content and client images. The Growth package starts at £350 and covers up to eight designed pages. The Catalogue package starts at £650 for up to sixteen designed pages, with the specified review rounds and PDF outputs shown below.

Catalogue design cost can rise when there are many products, difficult data tables, multiple language versions, photography edits, extra revisions or frequent updates. Extra pages, copywriting, translation, specialist illustration, accessible-PDF remediation, printing and delivery need a separate scope unless explicitly included.

Please check whether the quote includes VAT, source files, stock images and printing. We will confirm the chosen package, deliverables and any extras in writing before work starts. These are proposed service prices shown on this website; they are not a claim about what every project will cost.

Let's work around
your business.

Clear online proofs can help teams approve a brochure, wherever they are based.

We welcome enquiries from businesses across the United Kingdom. The project can usually begin with an email, a call, a short description of your brochure and a copy of the material you already have. You do not need to prepare a long technical document to ask a question.

Discuss your brochure project

Start with the facts.
We'll plan the pages.

A short brief and organised files help keep the project simple.

01 / BEFORE DESIGN

Approved content

Provide final text, names, product descriptions, phone details and any approved claims. A separate copywriting quote may be needed for material that is still missing.

02 / BEFORE DESIGN

Brand and image files

Send high-quality logo artwork, brand colours, fonts you have permission to use and photographs with suitable usage rights.

03 / BEFORE DESIGN

Product data

If it is a catalogue, share your product names, codes, variants, measurements and pricing in a consistent format, ideally a spreadsheet.

04 / BEFORE DESIGN

Print requirements

Ask your print supplier for trim size, bleed, colour profile, binding and output instructions. We can also help identify what information to request.

05 / BEFORE DESIGN

Project approvals

Choose who will gather feedback and sign off the final text, prices and page order. One clear set of comments reduces avoidable rework.

Questions?
We've got answers.

What is included in brochure design services?

We plan the page layout, typography and visual style and design the number of pages in your chosen package. The exact deliverables, review rounds and PDF files are listed in the package. Copywriting and printing are separate unless included in writing.

Can you create a company brochure for a small business?

Yes. A small company brochure can focus on your services, who you help, key information and an easy way to contact you. A shorter brochure is often better when you do not have much content.

Do you offer product catalogue design?

Yes. Product catalogue design can include repeatable page layouts, category headings and space for SKU codes, variants, descriptions and photographs. Large ranges and bulk data entry need a separate quotation.

How much does brochure design cost in the UK?

Our displayed Launch, Growth and Catalogue design packages begin at £180, £350 and £650 respectively. Scope, supplied content, extra pages and print requirements can change the final quote.

Is catalogue design more expensive than a brochure?

It can be. A catalogue often includes more products, repeated data, tables and checking. A short, simple catalogue may still be straightforward. We price the actual work rather than relying on the document name.

Can you design an A4 or A5 brochure?

Yes, we can discuss A4, A5 and other sizes. The final page dimensions, folding and print details should be confirmed with your printer before we prepare the artwork.

Do you make tri-fold brochures?

Yes. A tri-fold layout needs a planned panel order and the correct fold measurements. The printer should approve the folding template before final production.

Can I have a digital brochure design as well as a printed version?

Yes. The listed packages include a print-ready PDF and a digital PDF. More complex screen-first layouts, interactive features or accessibility remediation can be quoted separately.

Can you create a clickable or interactive PDF brochure?

Basic clickable links and PDF navigation can be discussed as part of the scope. Advanced interactive elements depend on the software readers use and need separate testing and agreement.

Do you create catalogues for ecommerce brands?

Yes. We can design product layouts for ecommerce ranges and wholesale buyers. If the information changes often, we may recommend a website or editable catalogue system instead of a fixed PDF.

Can you use our existing logo and brand guidelines?

Yes. Send your approved logo files, brand colours, typefaces and image guidance. We can follow an existing identity or discuss a related brand identity project if those materials do not exist.

Will my brochure be ready for printing?

We can prepare a print-ready PDF to the agreed specification. Your print provider must confirm bleed, paper, binding, colour requirements and final proof. Printing itself is not automatically included.

What is bleed on a brochure?

Bleed is artwork that extends beyond the final page edge so trimming does not leave white lines. Around 3 mm is common, but your printer's required bleed should be followed.

Do you supply editable source files?

Editable source files are not automatically part of every package. Ask at the quotation stage if you need them for future updates, and we will confirm the relevant file format and usage terms.

Can you write the brochure text for us?

We can discuss copywriting as a separate service. The standard design scope assumes you provide and approve the final wording, figures and product information.

Do you offer brochure redesign services?

Yes. We can improve an older brochure by reorganising pages, refreshing typography, replacing outdated images and updating the layout. You will need to approve any updated facts or prices.

How long does brochure or catalogue design take?

Timing depends on page count, how complete the materials are and how quickly feedback is returned. We will agree a project schedule once the brief and scope are clear.

Can you make my PDF accessible?

We can discuss readable layout, headings, logical order and accessibility needs. A fully checked accessible PDF is a separate specialist requirement and should not be assumed to come with every standard design package.

Do you arrange brochure printing and delivery?

Printing and delivery are not included automatically. We can use a printer-supplied specification for the artwork and discuss any extra coordination you need.

Can I find brochure designers near me?

You can contact us using the details on the website for UK enquiries. We can work remotely and review proofs online. Please arrange any in-person meeting in advance.

What should I send to start a catalogue project?

Please send your intended audience, page size or printing plan, approximate page count, product spreadsheet, approved copy, photos, logo files and deadline. We can identify what is missing.

How do I decide between a brochure and a catalogue?

Choose a brochure when you want to explain a business, service or offer. Choose a catalogue when readers need to browse or compare a range of products. Some projects combine both formats.

Let's make
something brilliant.
